  • Monday: 5am, 6:05am, 7:10am, 8:15am, 9:20am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm, 8:20pm
  • Tuesday: 5am, 6:05am, 7:10am, 9:20am, 10:25am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm
  • Wednesday: 5am, 6:05am, 7:10am, 8:15am, 9:20am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm, 8:20pm
  • Thursday: 5am, 6:05am, 7:10am, 9:20am, 10:25am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm, 7:15pm
  • Friday: 5am, 6:05am, 7:10am, 8:15am, 9:20am, 12pm, 4pm, 5:05pm, 6:10pm
  • Saturday: 6am, 7:05am, 8:10am, 9:15am, 10:20am, 11:25am
    • On the 3rd Saturday of the month: 5:30am, 90 minute workout
  • Sunday: 7:05am, 8:10am, 9:15am, 10:20am, 11:25am
    • On the 1st Sunday of the month: 11:25am, 90 minute workout
